As an Apigee partner, ZineOne was excited to participate and exhibit at the Apigee ‘I love API’s’ conference this week in San Jose. The event was organized between 12-14 October at the San Jose Convention Center, and saw the participation of more than 2,400 attendees.

The conference was divided into keynote addresses, forums and workshops. Keynote speeches included an opening talk by Apigee CEO, Chet Kapoor. The forums were divided into developer, strategy and tech forums. Topics covered here included ‘How to build grassroot support for digital’ and ‘Privacy in the world of apps, devices and things’. There were several workshops for API practitioners like ‘How to build a home security system using an Apigee link’ and, ‘Advanced topics for Apigee edge’.

The ZineOne ( www.zineone.com ) booth at the exhibit hall had a constant stream of visitors, both from prospective partners/clients and other attendees, who were interested in finding out more about our real-time customer engagement platform. Our six member team was busy with answering queries, showing demo’s and interacting with the diverse group of attendees. There was a great deal of interest in event-driven marketing across all channels and most attendees were hooked on to how real-time interactions can increase customer engagement and retention as well as enhance customer experience for all brands.

We had a great time at the conference and we look forward to being back in 2016!
