HDFC Bank Ltd., one of India’s premier digital banks has partnered with ZineOne to provide rich digital banking experience to its customers across all digital channels.
As part of this partnership, ZineOne, a start-up based in Silicon Valley in the U.S., will deploy its innovative Customer Interactions Hub (CIH) to provide personalized, seamless, and rich digital banking experiences across all digital banking channels of the bank. It will benefit over 40 million customers of the bank.
The Customer Interactions Hub will establish a single customer identity and bring real-time, contextual, and omni-channel functionality to interactions across businesses, applications and digital properties including web applications, mobile apps, digital wallet, website, kiosks, and ATMs. This will enable a seamless customer experience across HDFC Bank’s Netbanking, Mobile Banking, and apps such as PayZapp (a complete payment solution), Loan Assist, and HDFC Securities, among others.
