NRF 2020 Vision is underway! To help you navigate the Expo, we’ve compiled the top sessions to attend each day of the show. Today, we will cover the sessions taking place on Day 2, January 13.

On Day 1 of NRF 2020, the Javits Convention Center was filled to the brim with sessions and exhibitors showcasing the top innovations and technologies driving the world’s leading retailers. Day 2 continues the conversations with dynamic presentations, table talks, Expo Tours, and more. Along with the topics we covered in our Expo overview blog post, here are our top three picks of sessions to attend on Day 2: Monday, January 13:

  1. How voice and other AI-powered experiences are reshaping retail
    As customers continue to engage with companies on new channels, online retailers are using AI to drive more frictionless customer journeys to elevate the experience. In this session, the VP of Amazon Pay and Chairman of Atom Tickets will share how AI-powered experiences enable retailers to engage customers through voice and connect to them in real time in order to increase engagement and build long-lasting relationships.

  2. Merging the online and in-store experience in the moments that matter
    Today’s customer experience no longer takes place just in-store, but rather involves a combination of in-store and online experiences. Discover how by using location-aware mobile apps, companies like Wayfair and Airtel enable seamless experiences both in-person and online, increasing offer value and driving greater in-the-moment relevance.

  3.  AI/ML at work – Make retail seamless
    Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are playing an increasingly important role in improving customer engagement and enhancing customer experiences. In this session, leaders from IKEA Food, Loblaw, and Save A Lot discuss how AI and ML empower greater decision making from both an operational and customer experience perspective.
