Day 3 Agenda Highlights

In the past few days, we’ve been covering session highlights from NRF 2020. In this, our final installment, we cover the key sessions taking place on Day 3 of the Expo.

NRF 2020 is almost at a close. The last day of the Expo presents a final chance to meet with industry leaders, attend sessions, and go on the Expo tour you just couldn’t fit into Day 1 or Day 2. Join fellow leaders of the retail industry and explore hundreds of technology solutions that have the power to change the way you do retail. Previously, we covered the top sessions to attend throughout the Expo; in addition to these sessions, here are our top three picks to attend on Day 3: Tuesday, January 14:

  1. Improve shoppers’ experiences with data insights and technology solutions
By leveraging the right data at the right time, retailers can create a seamless, personalized journey for each customer, at every interaction. Join Anita Dorf from Comcast Business and Robert Irvine, celebrity chef and entrepreneur, to discuss the role of marketing and location data in the customer journey.
    Tuesday, January 14. 10:15am–11:00am. Stage 5, Expo, Level 3.
  2. Delivering on personalization: Harnessing feedback and machine learning to meet and anticipate shoppers’ needs
Consumer expectations for personalization are higher than ever before, requiring machine learning (ML) technology to deliver hyper-personalized experiences and develop lifelong relationships with consumers. In this featured session, you will learn more about the power of AI-based recommendation engines that leverage unparalleled shopping experiences.
Tuesday, January 14. 12:00pm–12:30pm. Kustomer Stage, Hall E, Level 1.
  3. How top retailers use technology to improve the in-store experience
While retailers often focus on the role technology can play in driving the mobile and online shopping experience, it also presents transformative benefits to the in-store customer experience. Anisa Kumar, VP of Operations and Analytics at Levi Strauss, and Irad Ben-Gal, head of the AI Lab at Tel Aviv University, lead this panel discussion to highlight how ML and RFID technology can improve the in-store customer experience.
    Tuesday, January 14. 1:00pm–1:45pm. Stage 4, Expo, Level 3.

On Day 3, be sure to stop by these highlighted sessions to learn more about leveraging intelligent technology in the retail landscape. Make your last rounds around the Javits Convention Center or sign up for one of four exclusive Expo Tours covering key topics driving the future of retail. During the Artificial Intelligence Expo tour, you’ll meet ZineOne, one of the 28 technology leaders selected by NRF as a top AI solution, to learn how our Intelligent Customer Engagement (ICE) platform can enable you to gain critical insights into customers’ historical, environmental, and in-the-moment context to enhance the customer experience in real time.

If you haven’t already, make sure to stop by Booth #963 to meet with the ZineOne team to learn more about the role of personalization technology in retail.
