With mobile payment now in full throttle and with 47% of shoppers expressing their preference to do their Holiday shopping through smartphones this year, numbers for mobile commerce are expected to go through the roof. However, there is continued skepticism that 2 out of 3 attempted transactions on smartphones fail due to poor user experience!
Is your mobile app ready to fulfill your customers’ expectations and delight them with a seamless and frictionless experience on mobile?
ZineOne recently hosted a webinar, “Mobile Transaction Success: Ways to Increase Conversions and Boost Revenue,” to delve into this issue. Some of the topics discussed during the webinar were:
• How to use consumer context to enable the customer journey within the app?
• What will it take to close the gap between mobile browsing and mobile transaction?
• What does customer support within a mobile app mean – chat, in-app message, FAQs?
Our speakers for the webinar were:
Idil Cakim, VP, Nielsen, and Debjani Deb, CEO and co-founder, ZineOne.
