I’m thrilled to share that Gartner has named ZineOne to this year’s Personalization Engine Magic Quadrant in 2020. This year is ZineOne’s debut and the second recognition by Gartner with the prior recognition as a Gartner Cool Vendor in 2018.
For this year’s report, Gartner identified the 14 personalization engine providers and evaluated them on 15 different criteria. It’s great to see that Gartner recognized us for our Data Processing and Analytics, Targeting & Triggering, and Market Responsiveness and Innovation.
We believe these highlights reflect our unique approach to helping our customers and partners succeed – we don’t just help them solve today’s problems, we also look ahead and help them prosper in areas they may not already be considering.
The stakes for the personalization market have been steadily rising – companies’ needs to engage in a relevant, timely, and helpful manner are increasing with the importance of the digital channel as the consumer’s preferred way to engage. At the same time, companies’ needs to improve the digital experience are growing larger, more complex, and more essential to ensuring a competitive advantage in a growing and demanding environment. We interpret today’s recognition as validation that we are continuing to exceed our customers’ needs.
Of course, the biggest validation comes from all our customers who rely on us to help them provide hyper-personalized experiences across the customer lifecycle. From the top retailers who must navigate the complexities of an individualized and seamless interaction across multiple channels to the largest banks who need the highest levels of security and compliance to reshape the finance world, to telecommunications giants who want to grow incremental revenue while maintaining their margins – we are thrilled every time we can help companies overcome their unique challenges.
And every year, those challenges continue to evolve. This past year, we released new Machine Learning-based models to help companies more effectively buy online and pick up curbside with a real-time, personalized offer, increase loyalty with insights-based engagement, and shorten the consumer’s time to the next visit. As the personalization space evolves, we see AI-based personalization platforms playing a crucial role in enabling any company to improve its digital channel performance, increasing incremental revenue while expanding customer loyalty.
