We are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our team. Responsible for supporting the development and cultivation of inside sales to enterprise accounts with a primary focus on increasing sales revenue. The position will work with the marketing team to prospect and cultivate new business, develop opportunities, and foster next steps to support the closure of sales. With our high growth expectations from the company, this is a great opportunity to build the process and grow this position into a team lead role.
Research, identify and qualify target customers
Generate quality phone meetings through various prospecting methods, mainly cold calling
Educate industry executives about ZineOne to generate interest in learning more
Grow, manage and maintain the pipeline of qualified, prospective target customers
Work and Educational Requirements:
Four-year university/college degree preferred
1-3 years of pre-sales support or development experience a must in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, DiscoverOrg and Pardot
Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale
Enthusiastic, high energy and confident ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment – entrepreneurial mindset, innovates and continually improve current processes
Results driven person with strong problem-solving, time management and analytical skills and an ability to work independently
Must have excellent verbal and written skills as well as excellent telephone presence with an ability to convey complex ideas simply
Prior successful cold calling, BDR, or SDR experience in a quota achieving role preferred
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
